Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged, please follow simple steps
Step 1: Email us at support@worldoneent or at WhatsApp +91-9634974229 within 24 hours of receiving it with photos of the damaged product, including all tags and labels, as well as the Bar Code.
Step 2: The damaged product can be exchanged for a fresh piece of the same product or with another product of the same or higher value, the difference will be paid by the customer.
Return Product: If you want to replace/return our product please email us at support@worldoneent or WhatsApp at +91-9634974229 within 5 days of receiving the product and follow simple steps:
Step 1: We will schedule a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
Step 2: We have received the item, we will reship the new product, in replacement case.
In case of a returned product, we credit the full amount to your Posh N’ plush account validity of 4 months (COD orders)or refund in your bank account(prepaid orders).
