Shipping Details
Before packing and delivery, all orders are subjected to a thorough quality check. All orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 days. When an order is dispatched from our end, customers are informed through email. The email also includes tracking information to assist them in tracking the orders. For all products, Posh N’ plush offers free shipping across India.
Our website specifies the expected delivery date for each product. In most cases, an order is fulfilled within 7-10 business days. If there is a delay due to an unexpected event, the customer is informed accordingly.
We only work with reputed courier partners like Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, DTDC etc. for domestic deliveries and DHL and Fedex for International deliveries. For remote locations sometime Speed post is used where no other courier services are available."

What are your shipping charges?
We believe in not burdening our customers, therefore we offer free delivery PAN India.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We only work with reputed courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, etc. for domestic deliveries. In most cases, a national order is fulfilled within 7-10 business days. Our Delivery Partners are instructed to deliver the parcel at least 3 times in case you are not available. They will also call the provided contact number in case of any issue with the delivery address. Also, if there is a delay due to an unexpected event, the customer is informed accordingly.
How Do I Track My Order?
After dispatching the order, we inform the customer through email, sharing tracking details. The mail contains AWB Number/Tracking ID and the courier partner name, with which the order has been dispatched. Based on the courier partner you can track your order from the below links-

What if I receive a broken product?
If your order arrives damaged, please do not worry just email us at support@worldoneent.com or call at 9634974229 within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos of the damaged product, including all tags and labels, as well as the Bar Code. The damaged product can be exchanged for a fresh piece of the same product or with another product of the same or higher value (the difference will be paid by the customer).
How do I care for my accent piece?
These accent pieces are meticulously hand-crafted and are long-lasting if taken care of. Please handle them with care. Also, clean with a dry cotton cloth/feather duster.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order have simply been shipped from our workplace. With every dispatch, you also receive tracking details by email making it easy to track the order.
